Q: How do I create my first business book?
A: Tap the "+" button on the dashboard and select "New Book". Enter your business details and start tracking your finances.
Q: How do I invite team members?
A: Go to Settings → Organization → Members, then tap "Invite Member" and enter their email address.
Q: Is my financial data secure?
A: Yes! EtBook uses industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage. Your data is protected with PIN/biometric locks and encrypted transmission.
Q: Can I delete my account and data?
A: Absolutely. Go to Settings → Data Management → Delete Account to permanently remove all your data.
Q: Can I export my financial data?
A: Yes! Use the export feature in each book to download your data as CSV or PDF for accounting purposes.
Q: Does EtBook work offline?
A: EtBook requires an internet connection for most features, including recording new transactions. However, you can view previously loaded data while offline. The app is designed as an online-first collaborative platform.
