• Business & Bookkeeping Data: businesses, books, entries, attachments and configurations you create
• Device & Diagnostics: device model, OS version, app version, and basic analytics/diagnostics to improve reliability
• Optional Content: photos/documents you choose to attach (e.g., receipts)
• Usage Data: interactions with features (e.g., exports, reports) and timestamps used for in‑app audit visibility

• Support collaboration across organizations and businesses you belong to
• Secure the app via PIN/biometric access and detect suspicious behavior

We use industry-standard safeguards including device secure storage for secrets (e.g., app lock PIN hash) and encrypted transport for network communication. Exported files remain on your device unless you explicitly share them. You are responsible for safeguarding exported data.

• With your organization members, according to roles/permissions you accept
• With service providers that operate infrastructure, strictly under contractual obligations
• When required by law, to protect rights, or to prevent harm

6. Your Choices & Controls

• App Lock: enable/disable PIN and biometrics in Security & Privacy
• Auto-Lock Timeout: configure when the app requires re‑authentication
• Export/Import: manage backups of your bookkeeping data locally
• Access/Correction: update your profile and business information in Settings
• Deletion: delete your account and data directly in Settings → Data Management → Delete Account

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may export data at any time. If you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize data unless retention is required by law or legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention).

8. International Users

Our infrastructure may be distributed across regions. By using the Service, you consent to processing and storage in the locations where we or our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to remove it.
